Purpose and Reason:
The Corporation wil set aside funds to provide affordable housing in Partnership with Eligible Developers to low and moderate income residents of Rhode Island who are Qualified Purchasers or for eventual rental to eligible tenants. The Land Bank Program is to be used for the acquisition and development of unimproved real estate for the construction of new housing.
